On a Roll

Although Darla was experiencing some pain today after being in the wheelchair for 3 1/2 hours, she was not about to backslide in physical therapy. She pushed through and practiced walking with the assistance of a three legged walker, placing more weight on her legs than using the parallel bars. She said it was far more difficult than using the parallel bars which allows her arms to do more of the work.

Darla was very happy with her progress today, and we are proud of her positive attitude and drive to recover as quickly as possible.
